IDAHO ASSOCIATION
OF HIGHWAY DISTRICTS
The Idaho Association of Highway Districts (IAHD) is a statewide organization dedicated to supporting Idaho's local highway districts. IAHD advocates for the interests of these districts by providing a unified voice on legislative and policy matters, promoting collaboration, and fostering financial stability. The association works to enhance the management and operations of local transportation infrastructure, ensuring safe and efficient road systems across Idaho.
IAHD also provides valuable resources, such as legislative updates, training opportunities, and events like Idaho's Local Transportation Convention and regional meetings. Additionally, the organization manages initiatives like the Local Government Cooperative Catalog, which helps districts streamline procurement and save costs. Through scholarships, job postings, and publications like Transportation in Idaho Magazine, IAHD further supports workforce development and professional growth within the highway district community.
